About me

I’m a Research and Electronic Resources Librarian at West Texas A&M University dealing principally with ensuring effective access and discovery through things such as Alma link resolver setup and maintenance, EZproxy configuration, Primo configuration and customization, and related work.

After years as reference and instruction librarian, I still provide as much direct assistance to patrons as opportunity allows and need requires, whether with occasional front-line reference service, in-depth research consultation, class instruction, or technical troubleshooting.

I have aspirations of increasing the reach and depth of open access, especially in the humanities and social sciences. I generally view LIS matters broadly through a lens of critical librarianship.
